Cory began his career as a painter in the field in 1973. After gaining first-hand experience with applying various paint products, Cory moved out of the field and into the office and began estimating and project managing. He worked for Stein Painting for thirteen (13) years. In addition, Cory spent four (4) years working for Fedor Wallcovering where he gained knowledge about the wallcovering and fabric panel business. In 1993, he and Terry Welsh (see below) began Pro-Formance Painting and have been successfully providing painting services to a long list of clients. Cory is the lead estimator and project manager and oversees all corporation management duties for Pro-Formance Painting, Inc.

Terry began his painting career at age 19 when he joined the Painters’ Union. Gaining experience in the commercial, industrial, and residential areas with various companies, he then joined Stein Painting when he was 26. Within 2 years he became their Superintendent, overseeing 30 painters. At the end of 1992, Terry was asked to join forces with Cory and together they started Pro-Formance Painting. Terry has led the way in finding and training our paint crews and oversees all field operations and safety. Terry is Safety-trained and Lead Certified.
